How can I pay?

You choose your payment method during the checkout process. Currently we offer:

  • PayPal secure (you can login with your account or just use a credit card if you don't have an account)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on pickup (please have exact change or let us know before hand - remember we are not a shop)

A problem is no problem! Just contact us and let us know, we will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy.

Are the prices negotiable?

It doesn't hurt to ask right! Send us a message/offer for an item and we will certainly consider it.

Shipping Discounts for multiple items?

A.

If you are buying multiple items there is likely some room to move with the cost of shipping. As the system may not calculate the best shipping price you can either:

  1. Buy the items at the system generated shipping price, and we can refund the un-used portion.
  2. Contact us and we will send an updated shipping cost.

Do you offer local pickup?

A.

Yes we do! We offer FREE pickup at:

  • During business hours (830am - 5PM) Monday to Friday
  • Let us know the day before so we can take the stock in for you

Ngunnawal ACT

  • After hours (typically from 6PM) weeknights
  • Flexible times over weekends

Do you deliver?

A.

Yes we do! If you don't see the price of delivery you may need to go through the checkout process so the system has your address and can estimate the charges. If you still cant see any charges send us a message and we will sort it out for you.
