    We are a family run hobby business operating out of Queensland. We started Your Choice Shop as we discovered other people were interested in items we were making.

    We plan to only have quality items added to our shop that we have an interest in and has been thoroughly tested by us.

    Do you offer pickup?

    Yes! We are based in Bahrs Scrub, QLD 4207 and can provide our direct address for pickup customers.

    Do you offer shipping?

    Yes! We can ship to anywhere around Australia. Please ensure you entered your address correctly in the checkout process.

    Why is the cost of shipping always the same price?

    At this stage (early on in the configuration of this website) we have chosen a flat fee charge for shipping our items. The amount is based on the average cost of shipping on items sent so far.
    Eventually we will add some intelligence by way of an automated shipping calculator.
    If you feel the charge is too high for the item/s you are ordered. Please use the contact page to send us a message and we can provide an accurate costing.

    What is a back order?

    Some items may show that it is available for back order. This means that if the item is out of stock, or if your order quantity will place the item out of stock, you will still be able to place the full order. Items will typically come back in stock within a day or 2 which is why we allow the back order. However, we will reach out to you if there will be any significant delays and provide you the option to remove the back ordered items or continue to wait. Some items are also permanently on back order, this means we do not keep them in stock and are made to order (typically a unique colour or item).
